Return Policy

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to Cedar Creek Pet for an exchange of product or refund of the product purchase price.  Cedar Creek Pet will only pay shipping & handling on faulty products. When sending items back to be repaired from pet damage or exchanged for a different product shipping is your responsibility.

Faulty products

If any of our products fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage due to pet behavior. If an item is damaged by pet behavior we will still do our best to repair the product free of charge. We want you to love what you ordered, so if something is not right please let us know.
